GastronomyThe meals served in the hotel’s restaurant are pure balm for body and soul. The carefully selected ingredients are supplied by a local organic farmer or from distributors in the region, always organic when possible. At Chesa Randolina we take flexibility literally: the daily special can be ordered to suit vegetarians or whole food diets.
The guest is faced with the task of choosing from an extensive selection of wines. More than 200 different wines from more than 150 wineries are offered. It is no wonder that not only the swallows (in Romansch: “las Randolinas”) are always so happy to return to Sils-Baselgia.
