Balm for body and soul are also the dishes that are served in the hotel’s own restaurant. The carefully selected raw products are sourced from the local organic farmer or from regional suppliers; whenever possible in organic quality.

Flexibility is not just lip service at the Chesa Randolina: the daily changing menu can be ordered as vegetarian or wholefood on request.

Guests are spoiled for choice when it comes to wine. More than 480 selections from over 180 winemakers entice. It is no wonder that not only the swallows (Rumantsch: Las Randuolinas) are always happy to return to Sils-Baselgia.

The daily changing menu can flexibly be enjoyed in vegetarian or wholefood form as well. The experience is rounded off by an impressive wine selection with over 450 listings from more than 180 winemakers.

Stüvetta

In our Stüvetta, a cozy fire flickers in the evenings and we serve you seasonal and market-fresh delicacies, hearty meat fondues (by advance order) as well as cheese fondue.

Bar/Fireplace

At our bar, guests from all over the world meet and enjoy classics such as Moscow Mule or Hugo. The diverse selection ranges from cocktails and beers to exquisite wines, which are also served by the glass. The offering is rounded off by fine spirits such as grappa, whisky and marc. A place where enjoyment and conviviality take center stage.
